Privacy Policy

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work properly, understand how it’s used, and improve your experience. Cookies are small files placed on your device that help us recognise you between visits.

Our site uses:

  • Essential cookies – required for core site functionality (for example, remembering your preferences).

  • Analytics cookies – provided by Google Analytics, which help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve our content and services. These cookies collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and browser type. Your IP address is anonymised before storage or processing, and no personally identifiable information is stored.

Analytics cookies are only activated after you give consent through our cookie banner or settings panel.

Data from Google Analytics may be processed on Google’s servers outside the UK or EU. For more information, please see Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can manage or delete cookies at any time. Most browsers allow you to block cookies or alert you before they’re placed. Instructions for managing cookies can be found at AboutCookies.org. Please note that disabling cookies may affect how our website functions.

Cookie Consent Management

We use a consent management tool provided by CookieYes to control how cookies are set on this website. When you first visit, you’ll see a banner allowing you to accept or reject different types of cookies. Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) are only activated after you give consent. CookieYes securely records your preferences and allows you to change or withdraw consent at any time.

Embedded Content and Tracking Technologies

Some pages on our website include embedded videos or media hosted by third-party providers such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Wistia. When you play or interact with this content, these platforms may set their own cookies or use similar technologies to collect data such as your IP address, device information, and viewing behaviour.

We embed these videos to enhance your experience and provide relevant information, but we do not control the data collected by these providers. Any data collected through embedded media is governed by the respective platform’s privacy policy:

Where possible, embedded content is loaded in a privacy-enhanced mode, meaning cookies from these platforms are not set until you play the video or otherwise interact with the media.
