Raglan Tribe is Managing Director of Mindsheet Limited,
which he started early in 2003 to realise the vision of making:
"Innovation as easy as clockwork"
Successful projects have now been delivered to De La Rue, Delphi, Hyundai, Frost & Sullivan, Siemens Mobile Communications, Toyota, North Star Equities, Information Edge, ITI Techmedia, Nissan and Toshiba.
Prior to the formation of Mindsheet, Raglan was the
Group Research and Development Director of De La Rue
plc.
At De La Rue he was responsible for the delivery of their new product programme
for supporting the introduction of the Euro currency. Developments
included the Euro programme, new ATMs, cash handling equipment and the implementation
of a number of Government Identity contracts.
Previously, Raglan had 12 years of automotive experience
as the Chassis Systems Director of TRW Automotive,
the R&D Director for Lucas Varity Automotive
and Head of Advanced Product Development for Lucas
Industries. In these roles he was responsible for
the creation of the Chassis Systems Strategy, a technology consulting business as well as the delivery of many innovations in the field of steering, braking, collision avoidance and adaptive cruise control.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Systems and upon graduation he gained 5 years Systems
Engineering experience at British Aerospace.
Stephen Todd is a “blue collar” consultant who specialises in delivering measurable results. Projects he has worked on have generated quantifiable bottom-line benefits worth over £100 million.
He has over 25 years experience working with technology-based businesses ranging from new start-ups to global companies. His business experience includes: development of business, operations and technology strategy; driving step-change improvements in operational performance; turning round major projects and delivering “no right shift” execution; investigative marketing and the definition of breakthrough products; setting up new ventures and establishing partnerships.
Stephen is a former Principal with Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM), the leading technology-sector consulting firm. At PRTM, he led the team that worked on the development of a pan-European telematics joint venture between three European car companies and was responsible as interim Chief Operating Officer for leading the new venture’s Management Team through the development of its operating strategy and staged plans for building the business.
Prior to joining PRTM, Stephen spent 10 years with Hewlett-Packard, as R&D Business Development Manager for their Medical Products Groups and leading long-term research projects at HP Labs.
Stephen has an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MBA from the London Business School. He is an Associate Fellow at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School, where he focuses on technology-sector companies and the development of new business ventures.
Ken Maclauchlan is Programme Director at Mindsheet, where he is responsible for the operational delivery of projects. He was a lead change agent and programme manager for a major automotive company, and has a proven capability to deliver complex projects.
Ken was responsible for the delivery of Mindsheet’s contribution to a major £5.2 million project for ITI Techmedia to develop a breakthrough platform for brand protection and product authentication in complex multi-company global supply chains.
Ken has extensive transport sector experience, including the development and testing of safety critical products. He spent four years at TRW Electric Power Steering Systems, where he worked as lead change agent and customer liaison and quality improvement manager, five years as Programme Manager and R&D Department Manager for TRW Advanced Product Development, and three years as Systems Engineer for Lucas Advanced Vehicle System Development., where he was involved in the development of the Lucas vehicle collision avoidance systems.
Ken has an MEng (Hons) in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from UMIST and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Nick Ford is Marketing and Sales Director for Mindsheet Ltd, which he joined in January 2004.
Prior to joining Mindsheet, Nick was Product Planning Director with global responsibility for automotive steering products at TRW inc, a $10 billion company based in Detroit. In previous roles Nick has specialised in industry-to-industry relationship development culminating in the formation of several Joint Ventures and licensing agreements.
Nick has 9 years of automotive experience preceded by 23 years in aerospace and defence at British Aerospace and Lucas. As well as holding senior management positions in these corporations Nick has been MD of EMM Computers, a start up company, which exceeded $1 million turnover in its first year of operation.
He is a qualified engineer gained though a 5-year apprenticeship at British Aerospace and more recently became a marketing professional with Chartered Institute status.
Catherine Dollery After many Director
level PA positions at De La Rue, Catherine is now
responsible for the
smooth running
of the Mindsheet operation.
She has a management diploma and many years of industry research experience supporting strategy, mergers & acquisitions and new product development.
John Tribe has run a variety of small businesses
over the years in the computer and leisure industries.
He
currently manages our web agency Anjo Promotions, develops web
systems and is responsible for IT & system support
for
the Mindsheet group.
Chris Burgess brings to Mindsheet many years of experience in the areas of application and database development, device integration as well as IT strategy.
Chris's skills significantly strengthens our ability to deliver information systems on a wide range of platforms.
